2. Responsibilities of Users and Service Providers

• Users should ensure that the information submitted is true, legal, and complete
• Service providers should independently assess project risks and feasibility
• The platform is not responsible for cooperation results, transaction completion, or commercial benefits

3. Membership Service Description

• The platform provides different levels of membership services
• Membership fees are platform service usage fees and do not represent transaction fees
• The platform does not guarantee the number of demands, transaction probability, or commercial results

4. Prohibited Behaviors

Users or service providers must not:

• Submit false or misleading information
• Use the platform for illegal activities
